Using e-weld 

By using e-weld you can perform calculations of welding economy for most welding methods and welding joints. e-weld includes several modules and tools.

The two most important modules are:

  • Welding Economy that runs automatically when e-weld starts.
    		•  Welding
  • Deposit Rating to be started with a click on menu button
    		•  Deposit Rating

    The module Welding Economy uses this menu buttons:

  • Open database file which opens up a dialog box where you can browse to another database file.
    		•  Open database file
  • New project for adding a new project folder
    		•  New Project
  • Delete project for deleting a project
    		•  Delete Project
  • New calculation for starting a new calculation
    		•  New calculation
  • Delete calculation for deleting a calculation
    		•  Delete calculation
  • Save a changed calculation for saving a changed calculation
    		•  Save a changed calculation
  • Update for updating database and tree view
    		•  Update
  • Summing up for summing up a project
    		•  Summing up
  • Search for a calculation, searches in all projects
    		•  Search
  • Up for navigating in tree view
    		•  Up
  • Find previous calculation for navigating backward in tree view
    		•  Find previous calculation
  • Find next calculation for navigating forward in tree view
    		•  Find next calculation

    In addition you will find modules for calculation of:

  • Heat-input that starts with a click of the menu button
